We are keen to get as many people as possible involved with the network and can consider requests for assistance with travel costs from individuals wishing to attend a workshop.

If you would like to request assistance with travel costs please email Sarah Milsted on s.j.milsted@soton.ac.uk with your name, the ITaaU workshop you wish to attend, a short explanation as to why assistance is required and an estimated cost of your travel. Your request will then be considered by the network team. Please bear in mind that the network has a limited amount of funding for these types of request and so assistance might not be possible in every case and is unlikely to cover the total cost of travel where it is given.

Requests for assistance with travel costs must be made and agreed in advance and will not be considered after a workshop.
