Food Standards Agency (FSA) and the Internet of Things (IoT)

ITaaU continued its collaboration with the FSA during 2016 with a exploratory programme looking at the opportunities and challenges for food safety offered by the Internet of Things. The programme took the form of pilot projects, report and workshop.
